AMENDMENT ACT

Chapter 3 (Supp)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows:

Amends RSA 2000 cA-15

1   The Alberta Corporate Tax Act is amended by this Act.

2   Section 92 is amended in subsection (1.1) by adding “36.1,” before “37.1”.

3   Section 105(2) is amended by adding “, 36.1” before “, 37.1”.

1996 c4 s38

4   This Act comes into force on Proclamation.
