Human Rights (Minimum Age for Occupancy) Regulation

This regulation sets out the classes of individuals that a minimum age for occupancy may not prevent from occupying a unit, and the circumstances in which individuals who do not meet the minimum age for occupancy may still be permitted occupancy. It also sets out the circumstances in which a minimum age for occupancy is deemed to be in existence prior to January 1, 2018.
