|
This regulation contains various administrative requirements that support the Safety Codes Act. Areas covered under the regulation include: the identification of safety codes officers, the service of orders and notices under the Act; the process for reporting fires, accidents and unsafe conditions under the Act; stamps and seals required for complex projects; and architect and engineer review requirements for various structures.

|
The Administrative Penalties Regulation establishes the processes governing administrative penalties including, service of notice and appeals.

Alberta Safety Codes Authority Order
|
This regulation establishes the powers and authority of the Alberta Safety Codes Authority (ASCA) as provided for in section 30.1 of the Safety Codes Act(SCA). ASCA is a division of the Safety Codes Council, developed to administer the SCA in unaccredited municipalities.

Amusement Rides Standards Regulation

This regulation adopts the code for amusement rides, which is enforced by Alberta Elevating Devices and Amusement Rides Safety Association.
