"Lubricating Oil Material Recycling and Management Bylaw "

Lubricating Oil Material Recycling and Management Bylaw

The bylaw establishes an industry-operated fund for the recycling of used oil materials. The bylaw identifies items that can be paid for from the fund, including education programs for waste minimization, and identifies products that are exempted from designation (i.e. where environmental handling charges are not paid). It also describes the obligations of registrants to the Alberta Used Oil Management Association and Management Board.
