School (Compulsory Attendance) Amendment Act, 2003 (Unproclaimed)

Passed by the legislature, but not proclaimed, the School (Compulsory Attendance) Amendment Act increases the age of compulsory education from 16 years of age to 17 years of age. The Act also removes provisions for the establishment of, and referral of student attendance matters to, an Attendance Board. Note: This Act is not in force.
