PDF viewing Help

Viewing and printing Alberta’s laws in PDF requires that you have the free Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

If you're not sure whether you have the Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, just click on this link to find out.  If you do have Acrobat installed, a new window will open confirming this fact.  If you don't have Acrobat installed, you'll see a warning or dialog box indicating that you do not have Acrobat installed on your computer.

Do you have the Acrobat Reader installed on your computer but are still having problems viewing or printing our PDF files?

Click on the "View Full Screen" blue button at the top of the page, just under the menu folders.  Or you can try the following:

  • Open Adobe
  • Click on Edit > Preferences > Internet
  • Ensure the “Display PDF in browser” box on the top right is checked off

Additional help is available from Adobe at http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/328/328233.html.
