Alberta's Revised Rules of Court are Coming Soon!
Great news! Alberta’s new Rules of Court have been approved and are filed as AR 124/2010. They will be officially published in the August 14, 2010 edition of the Alberta Gazette and will come into force on November 1, 2010. We are pleased to announce that the new Rules of Court will be available for purchase in mid September in the following formats:- 6x9" Binder Set: this convenient two-binder set consists of the complete Rules of Court with easy to read page layouts, a comprehensive Table of Contents, a detailed Index, and coloured tabs separating each Part.
- 6x9" Coil Bound Version: this convenient version contains the same content as the Rules of Court binder set in a portable 6x9" coil bound format. Updated versions will be sold separately.
Alberta Queen's Printer will also publish the new Rules of Court electronically as follows:
- QP Source Professional: the Rules will be available as a fully searchable MS Word document, including Point In Time versions. See the QP Source Professional overview for more information on this useful resource, or subscribe here.
- Queen's Printer Website: the Rules of Court will be posted in PDF format on the Queen's Printer website.

Did you know?
